Refund Policy

This policy applies to orders placed with WELL-MAX (U.K.) LIMITED through well-max.uk.

Returns and cancellations

If you are a consumer buying online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, unless an exclusion applies.

After telling us you want to cancel, you have another 14 days to return the goods to us.

To start a return, contact us at sales@well-max.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Return condition

Returned items should be unused, in their original condition, and returned with any original packaging, accessories, manuals, and labels where reasonably possible.

You may inspect the goods in the same way you would in a shop, but we may reduce your refund if the goods have been handled more than necessary or returned damaged.

Refunds

We will refund eligible returns within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of you providing evidence that you have sent the goods back.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

If you paid for standard delivery, we will refund the standard delivery cost. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we will only refund up to the standard delivery amount.

Return postage

Unless the item is faulty, not as described, or we have made an error, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or you received the wrong item, contact us at sales@well-max.uk as soon as possible. We will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, refund, or return postage reimbursement where required by law.

Items that cannot be returned

Some items may only be returned if faulty, including personalised, custom-made, perishable, or sealed hygiene-sensitive items once opened. Any product-specific exclusions will be shown on the product page where applicable.
