Products and pricing

We try to make sure product descriptions, prices, images, availability, and delivery information are accurate. If we discover an error after you place an order, we will contact you before accepting or dispatching the order.

Prices are shown in GBP. Where VAT applies, prices will be shown as inclusive or exclusive of VAT as stated at checkout.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy the goods. We accept your order when we confirm dispatch or otherwise confirm acceptance by email.

Payment must be made through the payment methods shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order if payment is not authorised, stock is unavailable, details are incorrect, or we suspect fraud or misuse.

Delivery

Delivery options, costs, and estimated times are shown at checkout. We will deliver goods within 30 days unless we agree a different delivery time with you.

Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the delivery address you provided.

Returns and refunds

Returns, cancellations, and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.
